The training shows agile teams and requirements managers how they effectively manage requirements in agile development. It provides essentials of agile requirements management (RM) like user stories and behavior-driven development. It also gives an overview of important agile requirements frameworks such as SAFeĀ®, Use Case 2.0 and User Story Mapping.

Product owners and other persons responsible for features and products in agile projects receive effective methods and techniques for agile RM. In particular, they learn to know instruments for mastering requirements even in complex project constellations. These include multi-backlog management, agile RM in continuous product development, and different levels of tool support.

The seminar focuses on hands-on methods and techniques of agile requirements management. During workshop sessions participants can explore their individual questions and interests. Training topics are provided mainly via case studies that allow for easy transfer into day-to-day product management activities.
